Practical, evidence-based training and coaching that gives teachers the skills to prevent challenging behavior, respond with confidence, and build classrooms where every student can learn.
I don't work around teachers. I work through them. Every service is designed to build your skills, so effective behavior support is in your classroom all day, not just when a specialist visits.
Engaging, no-fluff professional development that teaches educators why behavior happens and exactly what to do about it.
Side-by-side coaching in your classroom. I model strategies, give real-time feedback, and build your confidence with real students in real moments.
Practical, teacher-implemented interventions you can weave into your day. No extra staff, no complicated systems, just strategies that work.
Partnering with administrators to build school-wide behavior systems, support struggling classrooms, and reduce office referrals.
Available as needed for schools that want a formal FBA, with findings translated into practical strategies teachers can actually use.
Clear, realistic behavior intervention plans designed for teachers to actually implement, with coaching to make them stick.
My career started in special education, and it's shaped everything since. During my master's program, I supported teachers in rural communities, providing hands-on training and behavior support where resources were scarce. Today I work as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst in a private school serving children with disabilities, and I'm bringing that experience to public school teachers across the Tampa Bay area.
Along the way I've come to believe one simple idea: the most powerful behavior intervention in any school is a well-equipped teacher. My job isn't to pull students out. It's to build teachers up.
Every behavior is communication, and every teacher can learn to respond to it effectively. My approach blends the science of applied behavior analysis with genuine respect for the realities of the classroom. No jargon, no judgment, just practical strategies you can use throughout your day.
Science-backed. Teacher-driven. Built for real classrooms, all day long.
Every strategy is grounded in the science of applied behavior analysis, not guesswork.
The goal is your independence. You leave with skills that last, not a dependence on outside help.
No cookie-cutter programs. Every strategy is tailored to your students, your schedule, your reality.
Clear goals and ongoing data mean progress is measured, not assumed.
Getting started is easier than you think.
We start with a conversation and an in-person classroom observation to understand what's happening and why.
You get targeted training and a clear plan with practical strategies matched to your classroom and your students.
Ongoing in-classroom coaching and data review build your confidence until the strategies are second nature.
A Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is a graduate-level professional certified by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board. BCBAs specialize in understanding why behaviors occur and designing evidence-based plans to teach new skills and reduce challenging behaviors.
My focus is on you, the teacher. Rather than pulling students out for direct services, I train and coach educators to implement effective strategies themselves, because you're with your students all day, every day. That's where lasting change happens.
I'm based in the Tampa Bay area and provide services directly within schools across the region. Training, observations, and coaching all happen on site, in your building.
I work with individual teachers, grade-level teams, whole school staffs, and administrators, from general education classrooms to special education settings. Services are typically contracted and paid for by the school. If you're a teacher who wants support, I'm happy to help you start that conversation with your administration.
My focus is teacher training and coaching, but schools can also hire me to conduct outside Functional Behavior Assessments as needed. Findings always come back as practical strategies teachers can use, not a report that sits in a drawer.
We'll talk about what's happening in your classroom or school, what you've already tried, and what you're hoping to change. You'll leave with initial insights and a clear picture of what working together could look like. No pressure, no obligation.
Observations and initial coaching are always done in person. There's no substitute for seeing your classroom firsthand, and real observations are essential to supporting you well. Virtual sessions are available for follow-up meetings only, such as check-ins, data reviews, and ongoing planning conversations.
Every change starts with a conversation. Reach out today. No pressure, just practical support.
